I am also querying what are you doing when the UC Minimum Income Floor has caused a £0 payment as technically, they now will not qualify for DHP as they are not in receipt of a qualifying income … see following example…
A couple who has both declared as Self emp – Mr has declared an income of £947.05 Mrs has declared a loss of £162.75 – UC have applied the MIF to EACH of them @ £1251.37 for Mr and £1285.22 for Mrs – UC earns treated as £2536.59 the Earning Taper is £1395.12. This has now KO’d any UC entitlement.
