Reply To: Rent Officer referrals – rejections


We had lots of issues with referrals bouncing back when sent via Victor. We add a comment in the Victor referral before sending stating ‘rent includes no element of support’. As per recent changes we also add in a personal care ineligible service in the rent breakdown with the amount set at zero.

The only issue is the comment will not auto populate for the next auto referral. We have a daily report which picks up all referrals to be issued that day and they are all checked prior to being sent.

We now have very few referrals rejected that require paper referrals instead.
