Hi Wendy – we tried it on our latest schedule & it worked perfectly – it just seems to be the historical data files. I have checked the original batch error message & corrected the DOB that were wrong & run the CLM473 with the Y indicator but the errors still show & at the bottom of the error file it gives the message about the file already having been processed, so that was why I wondered if it was because of the age of the file. I have logged a call with NEC but not expecting a quick response – we have had to wait 2 weeks to get the old file data from DWP & are due to confirm reconciliation next Monday, so think I will need to let them know we can’t sign it off.
