If they are ‘single household’ lets then 24 hours pw seems like an awful lot, 300 hours pa per property
After the 2008 crash when I could not sell my previous house and let it out, while I did it via an agent, even if you called round for a weekly rent that isnt going to take that long, and 24 hours a week will do an awful lot of repairs and maintenance.
If you think they are HMO’s then you need details, licences etc that should be checked.
So as the caselaw goes, are they ‘carrying on the business of being a landlord’
