Hi, you will need to request the share code so that you can go online and verify if they have settled or pre-settled status for EEA Nationals. I would advise them of the need to provide the correct share code when requesting it. We initially found most people were providing the share code to provide proof of their right to rent which is not the same thing. They need to give you the share code to prove their immigration status.
