We have an ongoing problem where Northgate/NEC is removing the specified accommodation markers.
We have established that if people navigate on Northgate/NEC using the back button this can cause the marker to drop out (not sure why). But as soon as people stopped using the back button this reduced the numbers where the marker dropped out.
There also seems to be some link to ATLAS updates removing it but we have not found a reason why this is happening or a solution to this as yet.
