I concur. Therein lies the benefit of the man with the specialist knowledge! I do remember, some time ago, posting asking if there was an industry standard % for voids – and it appeared there wasn’t. I’d been seeing various percentages applied on rent/SC schedules. Can’t remember if my post was before the Allerdale decision or not (it probably was).
These % ‘surcharges’ are none too scientific, IMO.
