thanks for responses, can i clarify that the pension credit was terminated when they applied for UC, and has now been reinstated for the clmt to make him continuous, but as they voluntarily migrated to UC and had their claim assessed and awarded, albeit a £0 UC award [housing costs paid], surely they cannot go back to a legacy benefit, even if the Pension credit is now deemed as being continuous since 2019?
