If a change of circumstance brings HB to an end, it has effect from the following Monday unless:
– rent is payable by the day and the liability ends in mid-week; or
– an overlap/notice period ends in mid-week; or
– they claim UC less than two weeks before HB would have ended, in which case HB is prolonged until two weeks after the date of the UC claim
