The Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Bill has completed its second reading and committee stage and is set for Report Stage on 3rd March 2023
Although its a private members bill it is being supported by the DLUHC. Its not a bad bill although some of the drafting language is a bit week and I would certainly like to see some amendments.
