The lease has been provide by the Landlord (who bought the property as just a normal private purchase) The lease is between him and his wife (who are the directors of the company that will be providing the care) and the CIC the director of which is their son. They state their son has no link to the care provider
The lease is for £24k a year (not bad compared to others we have) but the core rent for the tenants based on the lease is only totalling £20k, which I find strange. I also have not had any communication from the CIC, but the actual owners are the ones dealing with the rents or so it seems.
This whole set up does not feel right
