Oh dear, completely quoted the wrong regs and “age” apologies, “social sector” from the regs and “pensioner” from the post!! Serves me right to just jump straight in and do the first thing that comes to mind, not the first, won’t be the last :).
Anyway, as much as I would like to pay the max rent charged I still can’t get away from the fact UC and HB apply the same RO Order (Functions).
I don’t think I will quibble of the word/term “eligible” 🙂 the fact still remains it is a “new” HB claim and a linked person died.
