John – This present administration can’t last forever. If it goes on to the end of its natural term, then the Bill has every chance to become law. However, there’s no guarantee that they can struggle on. There seems to be, IMHO, an existential tiredness coupled with that old explanation from Harold Macmillan – “Events dear boy. Events” 🙂
