Can i ask then, if a submission is made to Tribunal, then part period the claimant is appealing is revised, and award of HB can now be made for part period but not all the period, does that appeal lapse? do we contact the Tribunal to inform them the appeal has lapsed, and then expect the claimant to appeal again against the period we have not awarded?(that they have already appealed) or do we send a supplementary submission informing the Tribunal of the revision of part of the appeal?
