RTI data is only as reliable as the employer submissions made (fine most of the time) and they have advised of problems with this. It is, therefore, unreasonable to use earnings beyond the stated end date. I would (possibly apologetically) request bank statements showing the final payment of earnings with no subsequent amount received.
