Yes Peter…..but DWP said that anyone getting standard HB and in exempt would be treated as having nil income for a period of time. I will need to look back at the old Circulars and hbinfo conferences to find the references if no-one can remember this. Nothing to do with receipt of UC or any other benefit. Also the definition of exempt at that time.
