I have two Housing Associations that have increased their rents by 11.1%.
Housing for older people and Retirement Living.
None of these fit into the types of accommodation not covered by the policy statement.
Not sure how to proceed.
Any advice welcome.
I wouldn’t really worry about it and just pay the increase.
