There definitely was a central inbox for submitting subs for HB appeals Nick and had been for some time. This was accidentally discovered by DWP when HMCTS raised issues around other emails going awol having been sent from the latter to the former. DWP appear to have then discovered such accounts including an LA one. Having set them up they had either never set up the required monitoring or accompanying publicity so they may never have gone live as such. I understand most have been deleted now albeit I believe there was one HMCTS were using and DWP had to be reminded to go and look. Not sure how that played out. I suspect that’s still live after a prod from HMCTS.
