Thanks, the issue I have is more the fact that for the last several years (including before Covid) the claimant has repeatedly stated that has made no profit from a business, so how can it be said that the business effective because I don’t see how the claimant is in gainful employment, when they repeatedly fail to make a profit, year after year, so on paper don’t have a means to support themselves.
