Isn’t this simple: if you are in a pilot / trial area for UC ‘managed’ migration, then your case could possibly be a ‘managed migration’ case – although you state the DWP cannot verify that for you.
If you’re not in a pilot area – it cant be managed migration, it has to be natural migration.
Thats it, isnt it? Your auditor will have to accept what evidence you can get.
