Sorry, now I am a bit confused. If the CIC is not on the list of registered social landlord, how will it be a Housing Association? The one we deal with is not on the list, and in the properties our authority commissions the care – so I believe a managed property and referred to rent officer. Under what circumstances would it be LHA, and if so would that mean UC not HB.
