Absolutely right Peter but I would have thought you would have cautioned about the ‘bricks and mortar’ approach. A Reg 13ZA restriction can probably only succeed if everything is it is ‘a suitable alternative’ and I would argue that this includes the support characteristics.

In addition I though we had all agreed that Reg13 and Reg13ZA restrictions were ‘overpriced’ 🙂
i.e. not worth the effort.
