Hi there, appears this has become quite an issue, and very serious impacts in some cases because the service charges (Weekly) have gone up by up 60% in some cases (Not exactly how I am reading the guidance. which you will find below.

Edited: Sorry should have added that the landlords, some if not all, are arguing that the guidance does not apply to the service charges hence the crazy increase.
