15. A claimant can be absent for up to 13 weeks and still be treated as occupying their home, as long as they have an intention to return and have not sublet it. This period is extended by up to 52 weeks in some scenarios, which include circumstances where a person is undertaking or receiving ‘medically approved care’ or undergoing medically approved convalescence.

This stated the period has been extended from 13 weeks to 52 weeks for temporary absences due to Covid-19. My question is does this extension still apply?
