Can you expand on your comment that general property surveillance is not an eligible service charge please? I seem to have a charge which is a combination of a general front door telephone buzzer and CCTV to survey the property. It doesn’t appear that the CCTV is linked to the front door buzzer as tenants do not see the person, just talk to them over an intercom. So I’m thinking, from your comment, that the CCTV surveying the exterior of the building may not be eligible, but the telephone intercom is. Was this confirmed in a CD somewhere? Thanks.
