my understanding is that they monitor it via SHEBE. The concern the DWP seem to have is that not all properties have been classed as supported / temporary / neither. But I believe software companies are working on having the “neither” option and DWP will be sending reports out to LA’s that highlight cases where there none of the options are ticked.
