I did originally hope this would be the case, but the LL has come back in response and they don’t provide any intensive management. It appears we are right the way we have assessed the claim, it just seems unfair on this occasion…

The NAS carries out general repairs and ongoing maintenance of vital services such as the fire alarm, heating, lighting etc. The NAS do not carry out any repairs that go beyond ordinary housing management. ETrust would be expected to Finance any repairs beyond standard maintenance of the building.
