Hi – I wondered if anyone would be willing to share their approach to this review? At the moment my approach is to use my manual spreadsheet of properties that I know to be supported and make sure the support indicators are on the claims. We are an Open Revs site and as far as I can see all claims are defaulted to ‘neither’ anyway so by changing any that I know to be supported I presume this will satisfy the DWP. Should I be doing more than this?
@mickbullock – you have said that the DWP will be sending out reports highlighting cases with missing indicators. I haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere – where did you hear about it and any idea when the lists will be sent? Not all the software supplies have a ‘neither’ option so I can’t imagine any reports are imminent.
