HIya,
We had the same issue with touchbase in new build properties where My Space is the landlord. After we started to query it’s use and quote to them what it says on their website and tenancies at the property (both said it was there to support the tenant) they then removed the charge from the rents.
I think they are realising we are all seeing it is for support so HB shouldn’t cover it
