same rules as if youd award HB or if UCHE has been awarded – being a sublet doesnt mean your customer doesnt have a rent liability
– if HB/UCHE is in payment then thats a pretty good indication that its a bond fide tenancy – if its good enough to get HB/UCHE , then thats the pre requisite for a DHP to be considered.
