Can I ask a quickie regarding this post:
If the tenancy ends mid week (weekly tenancy), therefore no rent liability from a mid week date, should we be using reg 80 and multiplying the daily rent by the appropriate number of days in that benefit week if they are moving out of the area or have no on going HB?
