why would she claim UC? She would only need to claim UC if she needed to make a new claim – she doesnt…
You had a change of landlord – it now looks like she wasnt charged rent from December 2022 – March 2023
so you can reduce rent toi NILl for that period and any o/p would be recoverable from original landlord who received the payment

But she is being charged rent from 1 March and awe are now in may – So any period of nil HB entitlement is over and she is entitled again – so iots be a closed period supersession.
