Hi Andrew. We’re starting to look at UCLCTR automation at the moment. Do you you use Task Manager to manage the workflow of the ones that need offficer intervention, or do you use the CLM469 for that.
We’ve never used Task Manager in benefits but are wondering if we’re going to need to start.
