We load the files via CLM469. With regards to task manager, at the moment we use the work management screen and export the data into a spreadsheet and work from there, (which is a tad antiquated i know)
At some point as we use I@W our aim is to hopefully get the outstanding tasks exported from Northgate and load onto I@W to make distribution easier. just never the time to sit down and do it as always something more important crops up.
