That is exactly what I was prepared to say but it didn’t come up.
Our none UC scheme does have the share of liability rule but our UC scheme does not.
However we are left with the issue of what if 1 J/T on UC claimed CTS but the other did not, cant argue we cant exceed the liability as we wouldn’t be.
I’ve made a suggestion we need to amend the scheme for next year
