Not aware of any cap on Registered Charities and have had some increased by CPI rate (which is higher than RPI)but this is part of their tenancy agreement or in the lease. We query any that are above the RPI and have found that generally rents are OK but some Service Charges have had large increases sometimes due to communal fuel costs which is understandable but other increases where there is no clear explanation. This applies to Registered Providers as well.
