she has 52 weeks to make up her mind – hgenertally i approach such cases as ” have they said they def sdont w3ant to return?” – if thery havent said that, then the HB can continue
until such a decision is made. the temp absence rules due to fear of violence apply – so HB carries on until she decides she def wont move back ( and you can then pay 4 weeks notice period) , she decides its all good now and moves back, or you reach the 52 week mark, whichever happens first
