I suspect the claimant needs someone to sit them down and explain how the actions of their housing provider have damaged their financial position. Not however the problem of anyone here.
FWIW I also think closed period supers are a very odd beast indeed. Conjured up by case law but with little to back up their existence. On the other hand, when it suits me… 🙂
