It looks like what used to be a separate LCTS admin grant has been rolled up into the Revenue Support Grant for 2023-24. See para 2.4.2 from the link below.
I don’t know if the RSG is broken down into elements when we receive notification of our allocation, but if it isn’t I don’t think we’ll be able to identify the LCTS funding for 2023-24
