Id ask to see the gas/electric safety certs for the property etc
but its hard to see how someone which POA could then evict that person as hes supposed to be looking after her best interests
Prsunbly the new address isnt supported accommodation?
If she has SMI exemption, that indocates some level of care/support may be required for her day to day living – where is that coming from in the new accommodation?
