Agree with Prisca and Amanda at very least should have been cancelled in march this year.
Forgive me if you already know the answer to this but not clear in your post, but would also ask when the decision was made that she couldn’t/had no intention to return to the property? Cause yes entitled to the 52 week medical absence but if the decision that she couldn’t return was made before the 52 weeks period is up i would cancel from the date the decision was made. At least thats my thoughts.
