Hi all
We have this exact scenario of an LL withdrawing meals from the rent charge at the same time as applying a rent increase. We have referred into the RO but they are refusing to provide a new decision and stating this would now be LHA, but based on the above posts we would disagree. we aren’t getting much joy with the RO, Can I ask how the original poster got on with their claims?
