a DHP is not merited! Hios rent shortfall between the shared accommodation rate and rernt charged is £160 per week – he’s not worked since getting his HO permissions in 2021 and its still 2 years until he turns 35 and restriction stops! Then the shortfall will “only” be about £40 a week
Not affordable/sustainable
so its a no from me re DHP
