Hi, I have seen Northgate do that as well. I think Northgate probably classes this as two events / changes – the first being the new claim, the second being the change to the income in the same week.
If there are two changes in the same week, HB will change from the Monday at the start of the week rather than the next Monday so I think Northgate has assessed your claim correctly.
