We are reviewing our verification procedures and I have discovered that staff have been sending new forms out when someone moves within the LA area ( no other changes) and if its not returned, ending the claim. Am I correct in saying that a change of circs including a move within the LA is a supersession and we have no legal basis to end the claim, causing gaps in entitlement if they are late sending in the new address form?
