The current legislation says “care, support or supervision” – the operative word being ‘OR’.
If the landlord fulfills the ‘Landlord condition’ and also provides ‘supervision’ then imho this is exempt.
With so much focus over the years on ‘support’, there is very little if any case law on ‘supervision’ but if you choose to deny the claim, it would probably be appealable.
