nope – not unless its an annual contractual rent increase ( ie irts written into the tenancy agreement that the rent will increase on X date each year – the way around this is to delay doing your referral for a few mnths – if your RO due date is October, but you know the rent goes up in December each year- its likely best to do that – in the mean time your only option is a DHP for the increase, assuming you believe it reasonable/customer would be in hardship if a DHP wasnt awarded
