Reply To: full case reviews and temp accommodation


but im wondering WHY benbefits needs to speak/get a form from the customer – it isnt a new claim…. so a full case review i get means checking all aspects of the claim so be satisfied the award is corrct – but if we can do that from CIS/ info from another LA department, im not sure why a form is needed/required – dwp might like it, but i cant think theres an reg/ bit of legislation relating to this,

customer providing info requested doesnt come into play because we arent meant to ask for info we dont need – if we can verify UC and rent details via cis and housing, we dont need to write to them… so no suspension and no terminations

we appear “focused” on getting a form…. but i dont understand why its needed and wondered if im missing something ( quite possible!)
