Hello everyone. just checking in again regarding the snail pace of stop notices we are receiving, still getting customers on affected legacy benefits reporting changes in circumstances who by now must have had a migration notice. I know they have 3 months to make the change but we are fast approaching the first of the Stop Termination notices starting to arrive to end HB for failing to make a UC claim. It’s a worry that people have just stuck their heads in the sand and face a significant loss of income. Our Welfare Rights Service are also reporting slow traffic for migration assistance as well.

Are any other councils out there with significant working age caseloads seeing the same thing?
