Thanks for your answer, I think whether to take changes in LHA from the following week or the beginning of the week is with the DWP solicitors.
Just another thought, if a claim is received 10.05.08 and a 12-month protection period applies, if in May 09 we have to use the May 08 LHA rate, what is the anniversary date then? can’t be 10.05.09 or why say we have to use the May 08 rate?
